Just buy any Scuba package that comes to at least $2500 and the class is on the house. Choose from Open Water, Advanced or many specialties. Most divers will spend that anyway if they buy a their own Scuba package, why not get a free dive class.  

Do you know we offer surf lessons too?
Every Sunday we offer an introductory surf lesson for free. We also have two hour private surf lessons for $100 Group rates are available, just ask! 

 

  Classes:  EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE - ADULT

  Prerequisites
You do not have to be a certified diver to take this class. No minimum age
 
  Class Description

Emergency First Response Primary Care (CPR) teaches participants how to respond to life-threatening emergencies. The course focuses on primary care through a combination of knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenario practice to make sure participants have the confidence in their ability to provide care when emergency situations arise.

This comprehensive program is composed of two core modules that can be taught in tandem or as stand-alone courses: Emergency First Response - Primary Care and Emergency First Response - Secondary Care. Together, these courses proved extensive instruction in CPR and First Aid, as well as providing optional (yet recommended) Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and Emergency Oxygen use sections.

Primary Care (CPR) skills taught in this course:
Scene Safety Assessment Universal Precautions - Communicable Disease Protection, including barrier use Primary Assessment Rescue Breathing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Conscious and Unconscious Obstructed Airway Management Serious Bleeding Management Shock Management Spinal Injury Management

We also offer Emergency First Responder for Children, Infants and workplace CPR.

On demand. The class is approx 5 hours in duration not including video presentations. Re-certification classes are 2 hours.
