The quickest and easiest way to get Scuba Certified. 

Step 1:
Complete the leaning portion of the class in the comfort of your home (or anywhere).

Step 2:
Take the water training portion of the class (see upcoming classes below).

At 8:00am on the first day we will take you straight to the pool and go over all the skills that you will need to know before proceeding to the ocean.  After the pool session we go back to the classroom where you will hand in your knowledge reviews and final exam.  We give you a very brief quiz just to make sure it was you who did the class on line.  Your day will finish by 2:00pm.

The second day you meet at South Beach Divers at 10:00am to depart for John Pennekamp Marine Sanctuary in Key Largo for the first two open water dives.  This location has the largest living coral reef in North America.  We are the only Miami Dive Center that includes two dives in Key Largo as part of the certification course.  Return time is 7:00pm.

On the third and final day, you meet at South Beach Divers at 11:45am to complete your final two open water dives off the coast of Miami Beach (yes, you do get to dive on one of over 60 shipwrecks).  Upon returning (and passing) you will be issued a temporary certification card so you can start diving right away.  We process your PADI certification card online so you will get your permanent license in as little as 7 days and it can be sent anywhere in the world.  You will also be qualified to take the PADI Advanced class as well numerous specialty classes like Wreck Diver and Underwater Photographer.  All students that graduate will receive a $50 credit towards the next class if taken within 30 days.

* There is a class orientation the day before the class to meet your instructor, buy any personal gear that you need and be fitted for your SCUBA for the class.  Arrangements can be made if you cannot attend the orientation.

• There is a quick swimming test at the start of the pool session

The price of the course is $299.00 and includes pool work, boat fees, instructor fees, transportation to and from all the dive sites, scuba gear (tanks, weights, BCD, regulator, wetsuit )and the PADI Certification Card with the exception of personal gear. Personal gear is considered to be your mask, snorkel, and fins and those are available for sale at the shop.  Enrolled students get special discounts on merchandise!  We will meet or beat any legitimate authorized dealers prices on identical items.
