I just wanted to say THANK YOU. Entering water over my head for the first time I was so frighten I began to panic and struggling on the surface. I am so happy that you were able to help me regain control of the situation, clearing my mask and giving me confidence to go down for my first dive. I found my first dive very thrilling and seeing things on the ocean floor that I have only seen in photos, I can't tell you how much I really did enjoy that drive. You are the BEST INSTRUCTOR with such great skills and I felt very safe being in your class down under the ocean water. My only regret is that I did not go down the second time because of Joe, but I DO PLAN to get my PADI when I get back from my trip.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thanks for the service you gave me on my recent trip to Miami. I'm Dave from Pennsylvania and I booked a last minute night dive on the DEMA Trader with you on Wednesday(9/20/06). Your whole staff made me feel welcome from the second I walked into your store and I had a fantastic time. I never dove in the ocean and never did a night dive before that night and I'm still wound up two days later. I really didn't want to spend the extra money for a divemaster but I'm glad I did. Alvaro was outstanding and extremely professional. He provided the "hand holding" that I felt I needed and literally pulled me down to the wreck when I "started to float like a cork", as he put it. He pointed out things on the reef that I would have never seen on my own and I feel that two dives with him increased my abilities 100%. He was a lot of fun on the boat too. Please thank your crew for me. The next time I wind up in Miami I will definitely come dive with you again. I already bookmarked your site.

Just finished your wreck and deep certification classes last week and thought I'd drop you guys a thank you note. Had a of couple of schedule changes due to weather that allowed me to dive with, and get to know different instructors to finish up both classes. Without question, top to bottom, every single employee I came across at SBD is polished. Amazing customer service, friendliness and character all the way through, THAT is definitely a rare find. Greatly appreciated all and keep up the good work.

I love the fact that you have all near wrecks and reefs defined (you tell much info about each reef and wreck). I also love that you have different dives planned for different days. Then I will know that I am not subject to captains choice (which is in most cases the stinking Christ statue in John Pennecamp, when in the keys), unless it says so. Keep us divers informed and entertained with different dives, and you will always have our loyalty.

Thanks for the great day yesterday!!! We had a great time and no problems with parking in the garage on 7th street. Everything worked out great!! I had the pleasure of being part of the weekend Open Water Dive Certification class back on June 24th, 2005. It was my privilege to have Robert Doyle as our instructor. However I have been remiss in not writing to you sooner to express my appreciation to you and your team at South Beach Divers for an incredible weekend. I was in Miami for a seminar in Doral which started on June 27th and I can think of no greater thrill, with exception to my children being born, than what I experienced over the three days spent earning my certification prior to that seminar. The class, my instructor and the incredible world that opened up to me that weekend was all I could talk about at lunches and dinner meetings that whole week following. Rob Doyle was an absolute professional and made the class an incredible amount of fun. I applaud you for having him as part of your team. Our trip to Key Largo was fantastic and the dive boat operators were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I am looking forward to continuing the adventures and hope to do many more dives with South Beach Divers when my business brings me into the area.
